Classes run:
TUES: -Teen Yoga (NEW), 4.15-5.15 pm
-Beginners/Int Class, 6-7 pm
-Int 7.30-8.30pm

WED: -Intermediate/adv Class, 6-7 pm
-Beginners 7.30-8.30pm
Thurs;- Int 9 am-10
-Beg 10.30-11.30am
Fri:- Int/beg 6.15 NEW CLASS


But what class will suit me?

BEGINNERS CLASS.
This class is aimed at adults, who have had little or no experience with yoga, who wish to improve their flexiblity and overall welbeing.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS.
This class is designed to be a little more challenging for adults that have particiapated in yoga atleast once and feel a little more confident, in their ability to participate in the class and in themselves.

TEEN YOGA.
This class is designed for teenagers (14-18 yr) to help them develop skills to ease the stress of adolescence. As well as improve self esteem, confidence and flexibility.
